“You are excluded from chicken cutlet night,” rages Jack Worthing in part 4 of Jersey Shore Gone Wilde, a five-part series of videos put out by, wherein actors from the 2011 Broadway production of Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest give dramatic readings from the reality TV series Jersey Shore.

Here are links to all five parts, because, well, you know, you want more: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Our fearless leader played Worthing’s butler Lane in a 1998 production of Earnest at Bradford College and has nothing but fond memories of this play. His knowledge of the Shore is sorely lacking, however. But these videos may give him cause to change that. How about you? Will you (or have you) sought out Jersey Shore as a pure guilty pleasure?
