Vertically Aligned Forms
One thing I’d hoped to do this month, that got forgotten amidst new websites and stories that I had to read and write, was submit a fancomic to the Bizarre Uprising fancomic contest. I even had a really cool idea. I just never had the time to do anything with it. It’s okay though, because I’ll probably end up doing it eventually anyway and just sending it over to Yuji and Razlos for laughs. This way, also, I’ll be able to enjoy whatever fan comic does get chosen without wondering why mine didn’t win.
Anyway, that was just something I had hoped to do but I’m sure Erik will have plenty of other submissions to sort through, so it’s cool. Besides, I have this new website of mine to work on and now that I have decided to dump the webhost I signed up with just under a week ago in favor of one I feel I can trust more, I have even more work to do.
If there are any HTML wizards out there who know how to vertically center a form within a table cell, let me know.
Also, let me know how it is that I e-mailed my stories for the August residency off to Lesley yesterday yet this never actually got there. That’s something I’d like to know. If I hadn’t bothered to check and see if they’d arrived maybe nobody ever would have told me.
Nah… they would’ve told me and I would’ve been embarrassed and then I would’ve resent stuff and well, I think you know me well enough by now to know how the whole thing would go down.
I was proactive about it though and hopefully my stories got there all right tonight. I think the problem was that I sent them both in one e-mail and that probably couldn’t get through Lesley’s e-mail server. It was probably too big.
