Game 143 - Sox at Toronto (W 6-5)

Any confidence in the Sox chances of winning tonight that might be inspired by Toronto’s 71-71 record is erased by the simple fact that the Blue Jays’ starting pitcher for the night, Ted Lilly, has allowed only three runs in his three starts against the Sox this season. Here’s hoping the offense can produce at least a little, and that Bronson Arroyo continues the string of strong pitching performances that began on Saturday with Curt’s masterful outing.
