NFL Week 04 Review

I really have no time to write anything on this page anymore, as evidenced by the fact that the only things I’ve posted about for about a week have been sporting events. And I don’t even really have time to write those entries either. I’m just forcing stuff out so I can maintain my regular features. So, I apologize for all the half-assedness of the latest entries, of those entries here in the SoapBox in particular. There’s not much I can do. I used to use my fifteen minute breaks at work to get some stuff in, but I don’t even have time for breaks anymore because of how busy its gotten there. And I have no time before or after work, at least not enough time to write anything substantial.

I do, however, appear to have enough time to babble on about how I don’t have any time.

The Patriots were absolutely shellacked by one of the best teams in the league and there’s really nothing else to say about it. The injuries are catching up with them and so is karma, I guess. You can only win as they have for a short period of time. The NFL is designed to encourage parity. That the Pats have thusfar dodged that bullet has been remarkable, but everyone is human. They lost, it sucks, and it’s time to move on.

My Adopted Teams

‘Zona picked up its first win against San Fran, N’awlins beat Buffalo, and Dallas lost a game it should have won against Oakland.

The Rest of the League

Who knows?!? I wasn’t paying attention.
